The Directorate of Information and Library Services (ILS) at the University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint an Administrative Officer to be a part of a busy central administration team supporting a large professional services directorate.
The successful candidate will contribute to the administration support function to the ILS Directorate and Senior Management team and be responsible for overseeing and administering staff development activity across ILS, including travel arrangements, event and conference bookings and staff expenses; managing complex electronic diaries for senior managers and facilitating a wide range of user groups and meetings including producing notes and formal minutes.
You will have experience of working within a busy office environment and be proactive, highly motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills.
You will be joining a bright, enthusiastic team based at the University’s Greenwich campus.
