This role will play a key part in the performance analysis aspects of DVSA digital projects, ensuring that services delivered are simpler, clearer and faster to use through the provision of an efficient, accessible and user-centre service experience.
Roles Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Influencing and supporting product teams.
- Collecting relevant and accurate data from digital and offline sources.
- Providing accurate, engaging and actionable analysis of online and offline data sources.
- Providing insight and recommendations for action based on user data.
- Influencing best practice in digital performance management.
- Playing a key role in shaping and delivering data sets and repositories that meet business objectives.

To thrive in this role, you will possess a good knowledge and application using Google Analytics and/or other digital analytics platforms. You will hold demonstrable experience of using different data set tools to transform and analyse different data sets. These qualities will be combined with the ability to discover and share analytical insight with stakeholders with varying levels of analytical expertise. Consequently, we would love to hear from applicants with first class written and verbal communication skills. This skill set will be vital in gathering and understanding technical requirements and working with developers to build suitable analytical solutions.

This vacancy is using Success Profiles, and will assess your Behaviours, Experience and Technical skills.
