Freightserve are looking to recruit an Operations Agent for a well established niche sector Cargo company based in the Manchester area.
You'll be working as part of a team liaising with suppliers and customers to ensure the highest level of service for the company's Airfreight business.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with call enquiries (inbound)
- Dealing with both Imports and Exports
- Arranging deliveries and collections
- Costing jobs
- Dealing with MAWB's and HAWB's
- Liaising with Handling Agents, Airlines and Freight Forwarders a
- Airline bookings
- Completing Customs Entries
