Job Description

If so, we now have an exciting full-time, fixed-term, opportunity for an experienced professional to join the Department Support Team within Global Engagement, to support the delivery of the University’s International Strategy through a range of administrative and support activities.

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person with significant experience in a PA or similar role with highly developed IT skills. Experience of handling financial transactions and working with financial information/reports/systems (e.g SAP) would be highly desirable. In addition, experience of organising and/or supporting events is key to the role. Applicants should be resilient, accurate under pressure and have a strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Strong organisational skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise your own workload.
