We have an opportunity for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Work Psychology to deliver excellent research and teaching. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in the areas of teamworking (aligning with the leadership and teamworking theme); proactivity and innovation (aligning with the creativity, innovation & effectiveness theme) or training and development (aligning with the Learning, Education & Development theme).

We are looking for candidates who can contribute to the School and the wider University in the areas of research, teaching, leadership and professional standing and wider engagement.

You will take a pro-active role in enhancing our reputation for high quality and innovative teaching and research. You should be capable of delivering (i) first class research that combines theoretical sophistication with practical relevance and impact, (ii) an excellent student experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, and (iii) generating income through research grants.

Additionally, as a Senior Lecturer you will also be responsible for initiating and leading substantial research programmes and developing a strong personal reputation and professional standing.

You will hold a PhD in a relevant area (or equivalent qualifications/experience), and will have the ability to (Lecturer) or evidence of (Senior Lecturer) designing and delivering high-quality, research-led teaching programmes. Those applying as a Lecturer will be an excellent researcher with a growing or established high-quality research profile as evidenced through internationally excellent research outputs; those applying as a Senior Lecturer will be an excellent researcher with evidence of sustained and continuing research performance as evidenced through high-quality, internationally excellent research outputs.
