Are you interested in playing a key role within the Department of Psychology, supporting the Head of Department (HoD) and managing the Department’s staff and student financial processes?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide comprehensive administrative support, manage the HoD’s diary, service meetings and plan for events. You will manage procedures involving expenses, credit card transactions, travel arrangements and other financial administrative tasks for both staff and students. You will also be responsible, as part of a professional services team, for the smooth running of the departmental office, as well as working with colleagues to maintain high levels of student satisfaction.
Your role within our team will be varied and will require you to demonstrate initiative in progressing activities, organising paperwork, solving problems and proposing actions. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent organisation and customer service skills.
