The Centre for Academic Development and Quality (CADQ) is a dynamic and creative department that works with colleagues across the University. We are passionate about the successful progression and attainment of ALL our students. We are recruiting three Educational Developers (one 1.0fte, two 0.8fte) to contribute to our ambitious work to enhance learning and teaching.

This includes supporting our award-winning work to introduce the SCALE-UP approach to develop active and inclusive curricula, learning and teaching.
A substantial knowledge of the theory and practice of active and inclusive learning, teaching, assessment and curriculum development is essential, whilst the ability to analyse and share the data that underpins such work is highly desirable. You will need to be a self-motivated, skilled facilitator who is comfortable engaging staff in discussion on challenging topics and able to quickly establish your credibility in the NTU Schools you will work with.
