Assistant Energy Analyst

Job Description

Are you enthusiastic and hardworking? If so, we have a vacancy for an Assistant Energy Analyst to join the University of Sheffield's Energy Team. The role will help the team manage and reduce energy and water consumption and work towards achieving the aims set out within the Sustainability Strategy. We need you to support energy management and energy engineering colleagues by analysing and reporting consumption data sourced from existing management systems.

We also need you to help meet our obligations to report internally and externally on energy, water, and carbon performance and to work towards continuous improvement through the Estates and Facilities Management Integrated Management System.

Reporting to the Energy Manager, you have excellent IT and numeracy skills, are a good communicator and can form positive working relationships with a range of people, both within the University and outside.
