In doing so, you’ll help the customer make the right decision for them, sharing advice based on your knowledge and experience where possible, or directing them to the best department contact, for issues that fall outside of your areas of expertise.
You’ve already got experience working with a range of cars and vehicles and enjoy keeping up to date with technological & safety developments. With an eye for the details, you’ll report your findings accurately first time via our app.
