Job Description

Based in the Communications, Marketing and Student Recruitment team in Cheltenham, You will lead on the delivery of the student recruitment plan for undergraduate and postgraduate domestic recruitment.

You will be responsible for managing the Student Recruitment team and building effective working relationships across the university providing specialist marketing and student recruitment advice and guidance to university colleagues and stakeholders to achieve established targets and objectives.

You will lead on the management and delivery of a range of undergraduate and postgraduate events and deliver and analyse the success of engaging marketing and student recruitment campaigns, both offline and digital, to support the student recruitment cycle with the ultimate goal to increase student applications and enrolment numbers.

You will have experience of and involvement in print campaigns, online content creation, advertising, E-comms, social media, producing creative and professional publications and web content, sourcing information, writing copy and liaising with third party agencies where required.

Experience of working in a Higher Education setting in the area of marketing and student recruitment would be desirable.
