You will be required to develop the team members to meet the future needs of HMLR, whilst addressing succession planning and managing any single points of failure. You will facilitate technical input for monitoring, reporting and change activities, aiming for greater operating efficiency and development of further cost-effective options for its use whilst ensuring the availability and reliability are kept at the highest possible levels.
To meet the requirements for this role, you will be able to manage and deliver technical or organisational change, including the ability to manage risk and lead, implementing appropriate mitigations. You will have effective communication skills, including the ability to interact and build working relationships with stakeholders.
In addition, you will have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, including strong leadership demonstrated through coaching or mentoring. Experience of driving continuous improvement is essential.
