Working within the Student Recruitment and Support Team, you will be involved in managing a team of staff to deliver a range of student facing services to meet the needs of students and prospective students to enable them to make study choices leading to successful study progression, qualification completion and customer satisfaction.
You will need to be committed to providing a first-class customer service, be able to work accurately and to deal with a wide range of complex information in a variety of formats. You will be comfortable with new technology, be resilient under pressure, have excellent telephone and written communication skills and experience of managing staff.
