Working at The Open University in Scotland involves helping a wide range of people achieve their potential.  We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to join our Support Services team, which provides a range of infrastructure services and staff support in areas such as Human Resources, Estates, Finance, IT, and support for the organisation of our graduation ceremonies in Scotland.

You will need to have excellent telephone and written communication skills, be committed to providing a first-class support service for staff and be able to deal with a wide range of queries, multi-task and work with clashing deadlines.  In addition, you will be able to work fast and accurately and be resilient under pressure, while working as part of our close-knit team.

Strong IT, communication and organisational skills are key for this role.
