ServiceNow Technical Analyst

Job Description

You will be responsible for capturing & defining business requirements and ensuring delivery of those requirements, within the ServiceNow platform.  You will be a strong negotiator, influencer, and team player, used to managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations. You will use knowledge of ServiceNow to effectively convey the message from stakeholders to developers; demonstrating deep understanding of both the University and IT Strategies and how your role plays a part in enhancing Transformation.

This is a permanent, full time role at 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
