Job Description

The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families supports distressed children and their families through innovative therapeutic practice and research, training and promoting awareness of mental health issues. In April 2019, the Centre opened its new Centre of Excellence located in King’s Cross.

The Centre is looking for an experienced Project Officer to assist with the successful planning, coordination and delivery of projects and initiatives in the Family Trauma team within our Clinical Division. The successful post-holder will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. They will successfully support the production of project plans, data analysis and reports. They will have outstanding communication skills and must be able to liaise effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders. The post-holder will have excellent organisation skills, work well under pressure and manage their own time amidst a number of concurrent projects.

The Centre is moving to a hybrid model of work, and from January 2022 staff will be required to attend in person at our London office in King’s Cross (Anna Freud Centre, 4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) for up to 40% of their working hours.
