Job Description

The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families supports distressed children and their families through innovative therapeutic practice and research, training and promoting awareness of mental health issues. In April 2019, the Centre opened its new Centre of Excellence located in King’s Cross.

This post is based within the Postgraduate Studies team. The Centre works in partnership with UCL and as the awarding body for the Centre’s postgraduate programmes. With a growing programme portfolio and increasing number of students, the post-holder will work flexibly to provide administrative support for the delivery of postgraduate programmes at the Centre. This will include supporting the delivery of key elements of the student life cycle to provide a high-quality service to prospective and current students, as well as programme staff. The post-holder will have experience of working in Higher/Further Education or a teaching and learning environment, ideally within programme administration.

Please note: we are seeking candidates available to start as soon as possible so applications from candidates able to start immediately or holding a short notice period would be particularly welcomed.

The post-holder will be home-based during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic; thereafter at the Anna Freud Centre, 4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH.

Contract duration:  Fixed term, 12 months in the first instance.
