We need an experienced marketing professional who understands the importance of student recruitment at all levels to the organisation and the target markets relevant to this work. You’ll be an excellent planner with successful experience in campaign delivery and great ability to monitor and adapt activity in cycle as needed. You will need to be agile in your approach to workload and able to deliver at pace.

The student recruitment marketing team at The University of Sheffield, sits within the Student Recruitment Marketing and Admissions (SRMA) Department and drives the University’s recruitment strategy through engaging marketing and communications which aim to be sector leading. The Department includes admissions, recruitment, WP and outreach, Insight and marketing and communications teams. We also work collaboratively with marketing and communications colleagues across the organisation, as well as those in other professional services and you will benefit from the opportunity to become part of this vibrant community. Our team is dynamic and agile with good camaraderie and a supportive ethos.

We take a values based approach to our marketing activity which is increasingly underpinned by evidence and insight and we need someone with the expertise and experience to run exciting and challenging campaigns to take this work to the next level.
