About the team:

The Service Excellence team was established to improve the way we deliver legal services across the Company Commercial practice group through the themes of people, process and technology. Reporting to the Head of Service Excellence, this role will focus on processes; identifying and developing opportunities that will challenge the status quo and help improve the delivery of legal services across offices in the UK and internationally.
