A role that we are exceptionally delighted to bring to market; Our next HR Shared Service Manager. Working as part of the Reach HR Shared Services Management team, we are looking for someone to lead and operationally manage the group HR Administration Services function. Location is flexible, so we are open to applications from across the UK.

What will you be doing?
- You will lead a team of 7 direct reports to ensure a customer focused approach is delivered through every transaction
- You will drive effective process and service improvements across the team
- You will coordinate and prioritise work activity in the team
- You will develop, analyse and present Management Information to support and drive continuous improvement across the function.
- You will drive engagement of the team that reflects in the relevant key drivers within your Peakon score
- You will be required to support the Head of HR Services and wider HR team with project set up and delivery
- You will support and manage and maintain third party accounts/contracts which support team service delivery.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll be a competent people manager with experience of operating at management level within a shared service environment. You’ll enjoy coaching a team and guiding different personalities and learning styles. Analysing data and reports will be an important part of the role, and you will be expected to use data to help drive your own and overall team performance. This is a busy role, so we are looking for someone who can manage stakeholders, remain calm under pressure and not be afraid to challenge the norm or best practice. You’ll be confident, not afraid to voice your opinions and drive positive action.
