HR Advisor – Workforce Planning

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR Department working within the Resourcing & Talent Management Team. The role will be responsible for developing the forces approach to career pathways and talent management across the force, helping to identify and forecast for gaps in talent/skills, working closely in partnership with the forces Leadership Delivery Team to develop a longer term solution.

Applications will be required to evidence against skills, knowledge and experience set out within the HR Advisor role profile, however evidence of any skills and experience in the below area will be considered highly desirable:

  • Long term forecasting and tracking of key skills in line with leavers/retirement profiles
  • Workforce Planning
  • Analyzing and reporting of HR data – attention to detail
  • Talent management
  • Strong relationship building skills
