Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Grants to support our Director of Grants and Social Investment in the delivery of an innovative, transparent and fair grant-making approach that will ensure successful applicants are supported to deliver high quality, impactful projects

Key details

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum

Benefits: We offer 28 days holiday per year, plus public holidays and volunteering days. We operate a stakeholder pension scheme with 6% employer contribution (and 5% employee contribution) and a generous staff training budget. .

Agile working:  Flexible working is a recognised and valued part of the way we do things, with existing staff opting for a range of different working patterns. All new team members will be provided with a work phone and laptop to enable them to work in a range of locations.

Location:  Birmingham, Leeds or London.

Key dates

We are planning to run all interviews via video conference due to the current Covid-19 travel and meeting restrictions. However, in the event the restrictions are relaxed sufficiently in time, we will look to run the assessment centre and / or final interviews face to face.
