How to apply

All recruitment to roles at the Youth Futures Foundation is done using a specialist system that conceals the applicant’s identity and focuses on assessing candidates based on key competencies, anonymising applications and distributing the assessment of applications against multiple assessors.

To apply for this position you can upload a CV and in place of a supporting statement we are asking candidates to complete a few short competency based questions. The competency questions will be assessed blind and independently from other information, to ensure the best candidates progress to interview stage.
