Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented web editor with a proven track record of meeting deadlines?

The University has many legacy websites hosted on our ‘cPanel’ platform which we want to migrate to better supported hosting options. This will improve maintainability and security. Many of these sites are suitable for migration to secure platforms but further assessment of these sites and support is needed to successfully do this.

We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented Digital Content Assistants to successfully migrate content to more secure platforms and support a variety of colleagues across the University to edit and update information.

You will use your strong organisational and digital editing skills to restructure and repurpose content, improving the accuracy and user-friendliness of the University’s websites.

We’re one of the best not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK. The University’s Total Reward Package includes a competitive salary, a generous Pension Scheme and annual leave entitlement, as well as access to a range of learning and development courses to support your personal and professional development.

We build teams of people from different heritages and lifestyles from across the world, whose talent and contributions complement each other to greatest effect. We believe diversity in all its forms delivers greater impact through research, teaching and student experience.
