Job description
This role is essential in supporting the creation, promotion and embedding a sustainable change and continuous improvement culture across the organisation. You will be part of a dedicated Continuous Improvement Team who will support the rollout of continuous improvement across the organisation (around 4,000 operational staff & corporate areas). These posts will be predominantly concerned with leading process improvement work, using problem-solving and process mapping techniques and working with corporate areas to develop and refine their CI journeys. This is a great opportunity if you are passionate about Continuous Improvement and the benefits it can bring to both HMLR and our customers.

Regular travel to other HMLR office’s will be required, with overnight stays expected where appropriate. This will be in line with government advice.

Responsibilities
To be successful in this role you will have experience of applying CI tools and techniques in a continuous improvement delivery environment, especially process mapping. You will be an effective communicator, with the ability to build strong working relations at all levels, whilst having outstanding coaching and mentoring skills.

A training needs analysis will be carried out and where required training and development will be required. This will include supporting you to obtain professionally recognised qualifications, where relevant and necessary, such as Lean Six Sigma, LERC, Project and Change Management.
