Apprenticeships at NTU are an area of focus and growth. We have over 1,500 apprentices currently on programme and work with over 430 employers to successfully deliver apprenticeship training, with 92% of those employers recommending our courses. The Apprenticeship Administrator role is a key part of this work.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated, team-player to join our growing Apprenticeship team and add additional administrative capacity.

The role requires the post-holder to have a flexible approach to work in a role that has a range of responsibilities, including working on Functional Skills, End-Point-Assessment, supporting audit and compliance work and acting as the first point of contact for Apprenticeship enquiries for the University. The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office environment, excellent communication skills, both orally and written as well as the ability to prioritise your workload whilst dealing with multiple tasks. In addition, you will be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a wider team.

The role is ordinarily based at our City Campus.
