Job Description

The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families supports distressed children and their families through innovative therapeutic practice and research, training and promoting awareness of mental health issues. In April 2019, the Centre opened its new Centre of Excellence located in King’s Cross.

The Early Years Programme (EYP) is a nationally and internationally renowned area of work at the Centre, focusing on innovative and specialist psychotherapeutic approaches for families with babies and pre-school children in universal, targeted and specialist areas of work.

We are looking for an efficient, hardworking and proactive candidate to support in the daily and efficient administration of the Early Years Programme. They will need to operate with autonomy, show excellent people skills and work effectively with our team to ensure successful delivery of our projects.

The role would ideally suit a strong administrator who has experience of working in a busy environment across multiple projects. The post-holder would be someone who is committed to reflective action and equality, diversity and inclusion.

The post-holder will be home-based during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic; thereafter at the Anna Freud Centre, 4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH.

Contract duration:  Fixed term until December 2021 (with likelihood of renewal pending the success of the post).
